Let Me Introduce You To: Tibbles

Tibbles is a cat of the fluffy grey variety. She enjoys naps in the sun, staring at dragons judgmentally, and chasing moths.

 Tibbles once belonged to Rachaya's mother, the Crown Princess Adara. Upon that lady's death, Tibbles became the (mostly) loyal companion of Rachaya herself. She journeyed with the young fire dragon to Fyrebyrne Island, where she settled back in nicely in Adara's old suite of rooms in Perfero Castle. Later she accompanied Rachaya to school and spent her days sleeping on her young friend's dorm bed.


Author's note: The inspiration for Tibbles came to me as a mixture of my own two cats. As I sat at my desk, writing away, my cats would scamper around the room, my head and my bookshelves, causing mischief. I just had to find a place for them in my stories. After all, who could say no to that fluffy cuteness?

Wherein my mother gives me a birthday present

My lovely mother has been at it again. She has given me this gorgeous ceramic dragon to sit on my desk and stare at me. Nothing says 'Get back to work' like a fire-breathing dragon glaring at you from across the keyboard.
